First United Pentecostal Church is a Christ-centered church in Arkansas City, Kansas, committed to loving God, loving people, and sharing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
We are a church family made up of people from many backgrounds and walks of life, united by a desire to grow in faith, worship sincerely, and live out God’s Word in everyday life. Whether you are new to church, returning after time away, or looking for a place to call home, you are welcome here.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple:
to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ through biblical teaching, heartfelt worship, prayer, and genuine community.
We believe church should be a place where lives are changed, families are strengthened, and faith is built on a solid foundation of God’s Word.
What We Believe
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the foundation for faith and practice. We believe in one God who has revealed Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and in salvation through repentance, baptism in Jesus’ name, and the infilling of the Holy Spirit.
Our desire is to teach truth with clarity, compassion, and conviction, while always pointing people to hope, grace, and new life in Christ.
